机载发射装置插拔机构设计

摘    要:依据插头对接形式和分离时序,对插拔机构进行分类,分别介绍了螺纹连接同时分离式插拔机构和盲插对接预先拔起式插拔机构的工作原理及基本组成,详细分析了盲插式插拔机构的浮动设计原理,给出了浮动设计方法。最后,总结了插拔机构标准化通用化设计方向和原则。

Abstract:According to the docking form of electrical connector and separation sequence,insert-draw mechanism is classified.Screw thread connection also separation at same time insert-draw mechanism and blind insert docking form also pull beforehand insert-draw mechanism are introduced respectively.For blind insert docking form insert-draw mechanism,floating design principle is detailed analysed,floating design method is presented.Finally,standard and universal design direction and principle of insert-draw mechanism are introduced.
