摘    要:以有限元分析软件ANSYS为主要工作平台,建立了桥式起重机起重吊钩的三维模型,根据实际工况对其约束与载荷作了有效的处理,并对其强度进行了有限元分析,得到了吊钩应力和位移的分布规律,揭示了吊钩工作的危险截面。并在有限元分析的基础上,在保证吊钩安全的前提下,对吊钩的厚度进行了优化,将优化前后的结果进行了比较。优化后吊钩的尺寸更加合理,并达到了减轻吊钩重量的目的。分析和优化结果对起重机吊钩的结构设计提供了科学合理的参考依据。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted as the main working platform to set up a 3D model for the bridge crane’s hook,and the reasonable restriction and load is defined according to its actual work.Then the strength of the crane hook is analyzed to obtain the stress and displacement rule of the hook,and find out the weak links.In addition the optimization for the wall thickness of the lifting-hook has been accomplished on the basis of finite element analyzing with the safety of hook being guaranteed as a premise.The optimized results are compared with the previous one,which size after optimization is more reasonable,and the weight of the hook is also reduced.The analysis and optimization of the hook provide scientific and reasonable reference for the structure design of bridge crane hook.
