摘    要:应用于橡胶输送带接头冷粘结工艺的输送带阶梯剖层机,进给部分主要由上、下输送辊组成,输送辊要求有足够的强度和刚度,且结构轻巧。基于SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对输送辊进行静应力及变形分析,并借助分析结果确定输送辊采用空心结构形式,并对轻质材料铝合金2A11和镁合金AZ61M性能进行比对分析,实现了输送辊的优化设计。

Abstract:The ladder splitting machine is applied in cold bonding process of rubber conveyor joint,which feeding mechanism is made of upper and lower conveyor rollers with sufficient strength and rigidity,and lightweight structure.Then the static stress and deformation analysis of conveyor roller is conducted based on FEM of SolidWorks Simulation,which result shall be applied to determine the conveyor roller structure in the form of hollow.Afterwards,properties of two kinds of lightweight materials of aluminum alloy 2A11 and magnesium alloy AZ61M are compared,and the optimization design of the conveyor roller is realized.
