摘    要:焊接过程自动控制一直是焊接界研究的前沿课题,而焊接视觉图像检测是实现焊接过程自动控制的重要步骤。针对弧焊过程中焊接图像噪声大、稳定性差的特点,提出了一种基于小波降噪和形态学模糊检测的算法。通过将该图像检测算法应用于焊接动态过程熔池图像的处理,并结合模糊PID闭环控制理论,一套完整的弧焊过程熔透控制系统在得以研究实现。通过对Q235钢板的TIG焊工艺实验表明,该控制系统可以有效地克服焊接过程中的外界干扰,从而保证焊缝成形质量的稳定。

Abstract:Intelligent controlling in the welding process is the focus of research in welding field,in which the image detection is an important step of welding automation.In view of the welding image feature of strong noise and poor stability,a fuzzy detection algorithm of welding image based on morphology and wavelet denoising is presented,which is applied to molten-pool image processing in the dynamic welding process;And then fuzzy PID close-loop controlling theory are combined to form a whole image processing and closed-loop penetration controlling system.The TIG welding experimental results for Q235 steel sheet indicates that the controlling system has the good anti-interference ability in welding process and therefore the stabilization of welding formation quality is ensured.
