摘    要:目前,现有的DSM方法缺乏与上游产品级用户需求和技术特性的关联,设计任务规划没有融合用户需求,因而也就无法从根本上保证最终的设计方案能够最大限度的满足用户需求。为此提出了基于QFD和DSM的复杂产品设计任务规划方法,通过构建两个质量屋实现了用户需求向产品结构的映射,之后再利用DSM进行设计任务规划,从而使得规划结果充分体现用户需求,更加合理和有效。最后,以水电机组为应用对象,对所提方法的可行性和正确性进行了验证。

Abstract:Nowadays since DSM method available lacks the relavance with customer requirements for upstream products and technical characteristics of product level,it is basically unable to ensure the final design scheme to meet customer requirements farthest.Therefore a new method based on QFD and DSM is proposed to support complex product task planning.Through constructing two HOQ the mapping from customer requirements to product structure is realized,and the design planning is conducted by applying DSM in order to make the planning result embaody customer requirements completely to be more reasonable and effective.Above all,by taking a hydraulic generator as a stiudy target the validity and practicability of the proposed method is verified.
