多功能高空作业平台伸缩臂的有限元分析与优化

摘    要:伸缩臂是起重机最重要的承载部件,其强度直接影响起重机的可靠性和安全性。以检修变电站某种类型的互感器为对象,对现有的起重机进行深入研究,研制一种集高空作业平台和起重机于一体的多功能高空作业平台,在分析整机承载多种工况的基础上,针对伸缩臂的受力特点,建立了有限元模型,并进行有限元分析和优化。分析结果表明,原伸缩臂的结构存在设计缺陷,在进行结构改进和离散尺寸优化后,伸缩臂各构件受力均匀,重量减轻16.11%,满足强度要求,最终获得了较为理想的伸缩臂结构。

Abstract:The telescopic boom is the most critical parts of cranes,the strength of which directly affects the security and reliability of cranes.With inspecting some kind of mutual inductor of transformer as an object,deep research on cranes available is carried out,and a new multifunction high-altitude platform with functions of repairing platform and crane is developed.On the basis of analysis of the load condition for multifunction high-altitude platform,finite element analysis model is established according to the load feature of telescopic boom,and at the same time finite element analysis and optimization are done.The results show that the original telescopic boom has design flaws with structure,which may bear even force and meet the requirement of telescopic boom’s strength with the weight reduction by 16.11% after the structure being improved and discrete size being optimized.Thus,more satisfying structure of telescopic boom is finally obtained.
