基于石蜡速凝特性的层合速凝成型技术

摘    要:对于用于陶瓷零件的快速原型制造技术成本高以及不易普及等的缺点,提出了一种基于石蜡速凝特性的新的陶瓷制件快速成形技术。该技术可以实现高效率、高精度、低成本的陶瓷成型,特别适合于复杂陶瓷制件的快速制造。详细介绍了基于石蜡速凝特性的层合速凝快速成型技术的原理及其在陶瓷领域的应用,并利用Pro/E三维实体造型软件和分层技术对"D"字建模并进行分层处理等,将处理的数据输入控制设备,并将实体样机与啄木鸟DX3017型雕刻机相结合,最后加工制造得到符合产能设计要求的陶瓷零件"D",可以达到相应的标准。

Abstract:Since the rapid prototyping and manufacturing of ceramic parts had some shortcomings,such as high cost,difficult to spread and so on,an approach for rapid prototyping and manufacturing of ceramic parts was developed based on the quick solidification of paraffin.This new technology is cheap,reliable,and significant to the manufacture of complicated ceramic parts.It mainly explains the principle of laminated quick-setting prototyping based on paraffin’s character of quick-setting,and the model of "D"is established by Pro/E and stratified according to stratifaction technology.The data is input to the control device,and then combine the physical machine and woodpecker DX3017 engraving machine,ceramic part "D" is produced finally.
