| 摘 要： | 换档过程品质控制依赖于对换档过渡过程的研究,换档过渡过程涉及较多的影响因素,精确的分析需进行整个传动系统的动态模拟仿真。在分析使用液力自动变速器的车辆换档系统基础上,建立了自动变速器换档过程分析的等效模型,该模型能够较反映出换档过程的动态特性,可用于换档品质控制的研究,应用所建立的等效模型,对换档过程进行了初步分析,获得直接应用于实时控制的分析结果。通过换档过程的分析,使换档过程得到直观的理解,获得了对换档品质控制其有应用价值的有用结果。

| Abstract: | The quality control in the process of shifting relies on the research of shift transient process,which relates to many influence factors.While accurate analysis requires dynamic simulation for the whole transmission system.On the base of analyzing the vehicle shifting system for a hydraulic automatic transmission,an equivalent model of analyzing the process of automatic transmission is built,which may indicate the dynamic character of the shifting process,and be applied in study of controlling shifting quality.By means of the equivalent model,preliminary analyzing of the shifting process is finished,which result could be used in real-time controlling.Through analyzing the shifting process,the shifting process could be intuitively understood and the useful result of controlling shifting quality could be achieved. |
