DICOM医学图象文件快速提取技术研究

摘    要:介绍了一种DICOM医学图象文件的快速提取方法。首先根据DICOM标准的数据结构特点,解读出DCM文件中的数据,然后根据DICOM图象数据的特点,采用将游程编码和分块编码思想结合起来的方法,对解读后的数据进行编码。其中文件解读方法能够快速的解读出DICOM医学图象文件中的数据,并在解读的数据中提取出医学图像中最重要的图像参数和像素数据,压缩编码方法除了能节省内存空间、提高传输效率,还能提高从压缩数据中读取所需的单个象素或部分象素的效率。

Abstract:Discussed the rapid extraction method of DICOM medical image file.First of all,according to the structure characteristics of the data on DICOM standard,the data of DCM file is unpacked.And then,the unpacked data are encoded,according to the characteristics of DICOM image data,combining the thought of the run-length coding and block coding,in which file unpacking method can unpack the data of DICOM medical image data quickly,extract the most important image parameters and pixel data in medical image from the unpacked data.Therefore,the encoding method not only saves the memory space and improves transmission efficiency,but also can read the required single pixel,or some pixels data from the compressed data conveniently.
