选区激光烧结成型设备预热装置的研究

摘    要:选区激光烧结(Selective laser sintering,SLS)成型设备中热能的传递与吸收是整个零件成型过程中极其重要的环节,热能的均匀分布和有效利用是决定SLS成型优劣的重要因素.然而目前通过选区激光烧结制造的零件普遍存在精度较低,表面质量较差,强度不够等问题,研究表明粉末的预热温度是影响制件精度和强度的重要因素.通过建立辐射系统的数学模型,并对选区激光烧结成型辐射换热进行分析,分析预热温度场的均匀度,进而设计了能提供均匀温度场的新型预热装置,为烧结粉末提供良好预热条件.

Abstract:Heat transfer and absorption is the most important parts of forming equipment in SLS,which uniform distribution and efficient utilization of heat energy is the most important factor to determine the pros and cons of SLS.At present,components manufactured by SLS generally had disadvantages of low accuracy,poor surface quality and low intensity.Studies have shown that preheating is one important factor in influencing the accuracy and intensity of the parts.In this case by building a mathematical model of radiation,analyzing radiation heat transfer of SLS and uniformity of preheating temperature,a new kind of preheating device had been designed to provide uniform temperature field for SLS.
