摘    要:为了检验某轻型卡车的车架是否满足设计要求,应用CAE分析方法对其进行有限元分析。首先应用Hyper Works软件,模拟了车架螺栓和焊点的连接,研究了钢板弹簧建模及载荷添加方式,为了尽可能的模拟汽车实际情况,建立了带有货箱、驾驶室、各支架以及前后悬架的较完整的整车有限元模型;然后采用有限元求解软件MSC.Nastran对模型进行了扭转刚度和不同工况下的强度分析。结果表明,第三和第六横梁连接板最大应力远远大于许用应力,不符合强度要求;最后,提出了对该车架第三和第六横梁连接板的改进建议,并通过改进前后的分析结果对比,进一步验证了结构改进的有效性。

Abstract:In order to check out whether a light-duty frame meets the design requirements,finite element analysis on the frame by CAE method was carried out in this paper.First of all,in the Hyper Works software,the connection of bolts and welding joint on the frame were simulated,and the methods for setting up the model of leaf spring and load-adding were researched.In order to simulate the truck as close as possible to the actual,a finite element model of the truck with Cargotank,cabin,brackets,front and rear suspension on it has been created;Then,torsion stiffness analysis and strength analysis under different conditions were made for the frame in the calculation software MSC.Nastran.According to the analysis results,the maximum stress on the third and the sixth crossbeam connectors were far greater than allowable stress,which is not accord with the required strength.Finally,modifications of the frame are proposed.The analysis results from comparison between the original and improved model shows that the improved structure is strengthened.
