基于AHP和BP神经网络的锭子性能综合评价

摘    要:目前我国部颁纺纱锭子测试标准,只有单一速度,单一振幅,单一功耗三个指标。为了科学反映锭子的工作性能与状况,研制了纺纱锭子性能综合测试平台,对锭子性能进行综合评价。确定纺纱锭子性能常用要素:振幅、温度、噪音、功耗作为评价指标,提出一种基于AHP和BP神经网络的锭子性能综合评价方法。运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)确定各项指标的权重,建立锭子性能综合评价的BP神经网络(Back Propagation Neural Network)模型,进行训练和测试。分析结果表明了基于AHP和BP神经网络的锭子性能综合评价的有效性与正确性。

Abstract:Nowadays the national testing standards for spinning spindle issued by the departmental only covers 3 indexes,they are single speed,amplitude and consumption.To reflect scientifically performance and condition of the spindle in service,a testing platform for comprehensive performance test of spinning spindles was developed,and the performance of spindles was evaluated synthetically.First,common factors of spinning spindle performance(amplitude,temperature,noise,consumption of spindle)were determined as evaluation indexes,and a method based on AHP and BP neural network was come up with.And then,weights of indexes were determined by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).BP neural network model on comprehensive evaluation of spindle performance was built,based on which training and testing were carried out.Analysis results demonstrate that comprehensive evaluation of spindle performance based on the AHP and the BP neural network is available and valid.
