摘    要:分析了多级2K-H型行星齿轮减速器的设计特点,提出用编程实现自动设计的方法。采用分层的方法建立了系统的结构框架,介绍了动态的设计流程,设计了程序关键类和关键流程的算法,开发了软件系统。通过合理设计流程上的用户介入点,在自动设计过程中,用户可更改设计选项和参数,得到合理的设计,达到软件系统的智能设计与定制设计的统一。通过机构的运动仿真,使用户能快速直观地观察到设计结果。该系统减轻了设计人员的劳动强度,缩短了新产品的开发周期,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:The design properties of the multi-stages 2K-H planetary gearbox is analyzed,and a method to realized automatic design by programming is present.Using stratified method the structure of the system framework is established,and the dynamic design process is introduced,then the algorithms for and key program and key process are designed,and the software system is developed.Through the reasonable design of user intervention point in the process,in which the user can change the design options and parameters to get the reasonable design results,and come at a high uniformity between automatic design and customized design.Through the motion simulation,the user can quickly observe visually the design results.The system reduces the labour intensity of the designer,shortens the new product development cycle with certain application value.
