加权灰靶决策在产品设计知识动态评价中的应用

摘    要:为进行知识的有效重用,提出一种基于加权灰靶决策的产品设计知识动态评价模型。设计了由功能和质量两部分指标构成的知识动态评价指标体系,以反映不同角度和不同层次下设计知识的质量状况。提出了加权灰靶决策算法,并在综合分析各种目标重要程度的前提下,通过专家评分法进行加权处理,计算出优势效果解,该算法更符合知识动态评价的特点。最后通过对汽车玻璃检具设计知识的有效评价验证了基于加权灰靶决策的模型在产品设计知识动态评价中的有效性。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of knowledge reuse,a dynamic evaluation model of product design knowledge based on weighted grey target algorithm was proposed.And a dynamic evlauation index system composed of function and quality index was also designed to reflect the quality of design knowledge from different angles at different levels.The an algorithm based on weighted grey target was proposed on the premise of comprehensive analysis of all targets to process the weight through expert scoring method and calculate superiority effectiveness,which fits well with the features of knowledge dynamic evaluation.Finally,a case on checking tool for auto glass was employed to demonstrate the efficiency of applying the algorithm based on weighted grey target in dynamic product design knowledge evaluation.
