TS-DS4液压传动试验台PLC控制系统的设计

摘    要:博世力士乐TS-DS4液压传动试验台只提供简单的几个电磁阀驱动手动插口,无法完成工程上复杂的液压传动与控制系统试验,对该试验台进行电控系统设计改造很有必要。针对博世力士乐TS-DS4液压传动试验台进行了PLC控制系统的设计,包括PLC选型、输入/输出扩展模块的选型、开关电源的选型及模拟量输入、输出模块的选型等,给出了电源接线图和控制系统PLC端子接线图及PLC与各I/O、AD和DA扩展模块的接线图。该系统已投入使用,工作可靠,效果良好。

Abstract:For Bosch Rexroth TS-DS4 hydraulic transmission test-bed only provides a few simple electromagnetic valve sockets manually,it is hard to complete complex projects about hydraulic transmission and control system testing.Therefore it is necessary to reform the TS-DS4 hydraulic transmission test-bed.And the PLC control system for Bosch Rexroth TS-DS4 hydraulic transmission test-bed has been designed,which includes PLC’s type selection,input/output expansion module selection,switch power supply and the analogue input,output module selection and so on.Meanwhile the hookups of the power and the PLC terminals have been given as well as the wiring diagrams between the PLC and the I/O,AD and DA expansion module have also been designed in details.The system has been put into use,which is verified to be reliable and good in effects.
