基于S2SH和遗传算法的汽车零部件资源伙伴选择研究

摘    要:首先针对网络化制造资源伙伴选择问题,提出基于S2SH和遗传算法的汽车零部件资源伙伴选择方法研究,对多目标伙伴选择问题进行求解。然后将遗传算法应用于资源伙伴选择系统的开发,结合S2SH集成框架技术,设计出了一种新的面向网络化制造的汽车零部件资源伙伴选择系统。着重考虑成本、质量、时间、服务为伙伴选择中的主要评价指标,建立了汽车零部件资源伙伴选择的数学模型。最后,应用实例验证了此汽车零部件资源伙伴选择系统有效性。

Abstract:Firstly,with regard to selecting partners of networked manufacturing,studies on selecting partners of auto parts based on S2SH and genetic algorithm was pointed out to deal with multi-objective partner selection.Then,with the application of genetic algorithm,the auto parts system of partner selection was designed with S2SH.The factors such as cost,quality,time and server were seen as evaluation indicators to select partners,and the mathematical model for partner selection in auto parts was established.At last,an example was included to demonstrate the validity of the auto parts system of partner selection.
