疲劳失效预测的研究现状和发展趋势

摘    要:综述了国内外有关疲劳失效的判断、疲劳强度理论及其应用、疲劳失效预测方面的研究现状。分别对常用的理论和方法进行了介绍,指出了不同理论和方法的优缺点。重点介绍了疲劳裂纹形成的失效预测方法,按疲劳裂纹形成失效预测的基本假定和控制参数大致分为名义应力法、局部应力应变法、场强法和能量法等。根据断裂力学的相关理论所建立的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的相关预测方法在寿命预测中具有越来越重要的地位,对疲劳失效预测进一步的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Status about fatigue failure judgment,fatigue strength theory and its application,fatigue failure predictation are reviewed.The common theories and methods are introduced respectively.Their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.Focuses on the method of fatigue crack formation failure prediction.It can be roughly divided into the normal stress method,the local stress-strain law,strong law and energy law according to the basic assumptions and control parameters of fatigue crack formation failure prediction.The fatigue crack formation failure prediction method established based on correlation theories of fracture mechanics pays more and more important role in the life prediction field.The development trends about the failure prediction of fatigue failure are prospected.
