基于遗传算法的拉丝机压缩比的优化设计

摘    要:以LZ-9/1200拉丝机为例,运用遗传算法,以总拉拔力最小为目标,对多道次钢丝拉拔成形过程的每道次部分压缩比进行了优化设计。以Java软件为编程工具,采用面向对象的编程技术,经过选择、交叉、变异多次迭代,得到了符合要求的满意解,为实际生产提供了可行方案。

Abstract:In this paper,by taking LZ-9/1200 wire drawing machine as an example,applying genetic algorithm and taking minimum total drawing force as an object,the compressibility for each pass of multi pass steel wire drawing process was designed and optimized.By taking Java software as the programming tool and applying object-oriented programming technology,as well as through selection,crossover,variation and multiple iterations,the satisfactory solution which meets the requirements was obtained,providing a feasible proposal for the actual production.
