齿轮载荷修正系数计算方法的研究

摘    要:为了提高齿轮强度设计中各项载荷修正系数计算的精度和效率,依据齿轮承载能力计算标准GB/T 3480-83,以易于理解、便于程序计算和工程应用的方式,对齿轮载荷修正系数计算方法进行了深入研究与总结,开发了实现齿轮载荷修正系数自动计算的程序模块,只要输入齿轮的基本数据,不需要查表便可以得到齿轮的载荷修正系数。以某减速器齿轮为实例,通过手工与程序模块的计算结果对比,验证了齿轮载荷修正系数计算程序模块的准确性和精确性,为齿轮接触和弯曲的整体设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the calculation accuracy and efficiency of gear load correction coefficient in design of gear strength,the calculation method is studied and summarized by means of easy understanding,convenient progam calculation and engineering appliation based on the gear load capacity calculation standard GB/ T 3480-83.Then the program module is developed to calculate the gear load correction coefficient automatically,which may be obtained only through inputing the basic paramenters of gear without table lookup.Meanwhile a high speed gear in a motor-driven gearbox is taken as a calculation example,by comparing the results calcalated by hand and program module,the accuracy and the precision of the calculation program module for gear load correction coefficient are verified,which laid the foundation for overall design of gear contact and bending strength.
