锅炉水冷壁爆管原因分析

摘    要:采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、机械性能测试、金相分析等方法对锅炉水冷壁爆管原因进行分析,各项检验结果表明,在焊接过热形成的粗糙内壁处发生高温蒸汽腐蚀及氢损伤是导致该水冷壁管爆管的主要原因.通过分析高温蒸汽腐蚀及氢损伤产生机理,提出避免水冷壁爆管的措施.
