摘    要:为了适应我国西北地区油田开展欠平衡钻井技术工程的特点 ,研制成计算机伺服控制节控箱。节控箱采用机电液一体的控制方式 ,用压力传感器、位移传感器采集立压、套压、阀开度信号 ,由计算机根据控制压力与实际压力的差异调节液压伺服系统的动作 ,控制液动节流阀的开关 ,将立管、套管压力控制在限定范围内。油田试验表明 ,新研制的计算机伺服控制节控箱克服了现用节控箱的不足 ,压力控制误差小于± 0 5MPa ,完全满足欠平衡钻井对立压和套压精确控制的要求

Abstract:In the light of the characteristics of underbalanced drilling in the oilfields in west China, a computerized servo control throttle control box is developed. The control box adopts mechanical electronic hydraulic integrated control mode, uses pressure sensors and displacement sensors to acquire the signals of stand pipe and casing pressures and valve opening, and regulates the action of hydraulic servo system by means of computer and controls opening and closing of hydraulic throttle valve, thereby limits the pressures of the stand pipe and casingin a certain range. Field tests prove that the control box controlled the pressure of stand pipe and casing with an error of less than 0.5MPa, therefore can meet the demand of underbalanced drilling.
