The Concerns Need to be Considered on the Industrial Applications of the Domestic Carbon Fiber

An introduction of large scale manufacturing and applications of domestic carbon fiber is presented.There are a number of concerns,such as quality issue,technical performance and glue etc.As being stated,mechanical properties are important,T300 is the bottom line.Mechanical stabilization is the key issue as well,such as tensile strength,tensile modulus and string density.As far as large scale applications of carbon fiber are concerned,one of the most important issues is the mechanical properties of composites,such as,equal continuous length,no misoriented fibres or strings,compatibility of glue with different manufacturing process and different resins.The other highlighted issue is the cost,which potentially influences the further applications of composites.
