有效降低森吉米尔轧机轧辊成本的方法

森吉米尔二十辊轧机是国内不锈钢冷轧生产的主流设备，具有刚性好、辊系稳定、操作简单、易维护的优点。但森吉米尔轧机辊系复杂，轧辊有效直径范围较小，实际使用时，轧辊储备量大，管理和使用成本较高。青岛浦项不锈钢有限公司采用常规降低轧辊使用成本的方法，效果不明显。为此，提出了报废辊再利用1 mm,新辊直径增加 1 mm及采用差异化辊径轧制的新方法。介绍了新方法的实施方案，实践表明，采用新方法已正常轧制近50万t，设备及产品质量正常，每支轧辊的有效使用量增加了2 mm,年轧辊使用成本降低了40%。

Method of effectively reducing roll cost of Sendzimir mill

The Sendzimir 20high rolling mill is the main equipment for cold rolled stainless steel strip in China.It has the advantages of good rigidity,stable roll system,simple operationand and easy maintenance.However,the roll system of the Sendzimir mill is complicated,and the effective diameter range of the roll is small.In actual use,the roll reserve amount is large,and the management and use costs are high.The conventional method of reducing the cost of rolls was adopted in Qingdao Pohang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the effect is not obvious.To this end,new methods for reusing 1 mm of wasted rolls,increasing the diameter by 1 mm of new rolls,and rolling with differentiated roll diameters were proposed.The implementation scheme of the new methods was introduced.Practice shows that the new methods have been used for normal rolling nearly 500 000 tons,the equipment and product quality are normal,the effective use amount of each roll has increased by 2 mm,and the annual roll use cost has been reduced by 40%.
