ZR22B52″型二十辊森吉米尔轧机辊系分析技术研究

摘    要:以ZR22B52″二十辊森吉米尔轧机为研究对象,建立了辊系空间位置模型,并对辊缝变化与辊径、压下调整、侧偏心调整之间的关系进行了计算分析,开发出具有轧线调整参数及轧辊配置计算等功能的分析系统。应用结果表明,辊系空间位置计算结果与现场实际拟合度良好,相应工况条件下计算误差为1~13 μm,实现了精确、快速的辊系配置参数离线分析,为该轧机辊系分析提供了参考和量化依据。

Abstract:Taking the ZR22B52″ 20-high Sendzimir mill for an example,the spatial position model of roll system was established.The relationships between roll gap and roll diameter,screwdown adjustment and eccentricity adjustment parameters were researched,and the off-line analysis system with pass line calculation and roll system configuration calculation was developed.The usage effect show that the roll system spatial position model match with the actual situation well,the calculation error reach 1~13 μm,and a accurate and fast off-line analysis system of mill was developed,which can provide reference and quantitative basis for roll system analysis of this mill.
