曲面EBG结构表面波带隙特性研究

摘    要:对3种典型EBG结构在曲面上表面波带隙特性进行了研究。利用悬置微带线法,分析了曲面EBG结构带隙特性与其结构参数及曲率的关系。结果表明,曲率对表面波带隙的影响不是太明显,只是带隙中心频率有稍微的下降,介电常数与介质厚度对带隙影响规律与平面上一致。这一结论对在圆柱共形天线上应用高阻表面结构有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The surface wave band-gap characteristics for three typical curved EBG structures are studied. By using the suspending microstrip method, the effect of curved EBG structure parameters and curvature on band-gap characteristics is analyzed. The results show that the effect of curvature is insignificant, a slight decrease in. The center frequency of band-gap effect of substrate permittivity and dielectric thickness on band-gap characteristics is in agreement with the effect of planar structures parameters. This conclusion has some important guiding significance for its application to cylindrical conformal antennas.
