酸轧机组薄带无套筒卷取工艺研究与应用

摘    要:针对0.35 mm规格无取向中低牌号硅钢薄带套筒卷取无法保证连续批量生产及卷取质量的问题,对其卷取工艺进行了分析与研究。结果表明,卷取张力、张力锥系数、张力锥作用卷径系数以及皮带助卷器压力是其主要影响因素。通过卷取参数的优化试验,确定了0.35 mm规格无取向中低牌号硅钢薄带的无套筒卷取最优工艺参数,下线钢卷质量良好。薄带无套筒卷取工艺在酸轧机组的应用,不仅提高了钢卷内圈质量,还降低了套筒的周转与消耗,从而降低了无取向硅钢的生产成本。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the coiling with sleeve cannot guarantee continuous mass production and coiling quality of 0.35 mm non-oriented medium and low grade silicon steel thin gauge strip,the coiling process was analyzed and studied.The results show that coiling tension,coefficient of tension cone,coefficient of coil diameter affected by tension cone and belt wrapper pressure are the main influencing factors.Through the coiling parameters optimization test,the optimal process parameters of sleeveless coiling for 0.35 mm non-oriented medium and low grade silicon steel thin gauge strip were determined,and the quality of the off-line coil was good.The application of the sleeveless coiling process for thin gauge strip in the pickling line and tandem cold mill unit not only improved the quality of the inner ring of the coil,but also reduced the turnover and consumption of the sleeve,thereby the production cost of non-oriented silicon steel was reduced.
