摘    要:针对马钢小H型钢线生产矿用36U型钢时产生尺寸超差、扭转、凸台和拉丝等缺陷问题,分析其主要原因是孔型设计不合理。通过对孔型系统、导卫安装、轧制规程进行优化,实现了矿用36U型钢的稳定生产,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:In view of the problems of oversize,torsion,bosses and wire drawing of 36U section steel for mining produced in small H-beam line of Masteel,the main cause was analyzed,which was using unreasonable pass system.By optimizing the pass system,guide and guard installation and rolling schemes,stable production of 36U section steel for mining had been achieved and production efficiency had been improved.
