一种新型的高线风冷风机

风冷线是高线质量控制的关键环节。针对传统的离心式风机能耗高、冷速不足、冷却不均匀等问题，介绍了一种新型高线风冷风机—轴流式风机，其进风口直径φ2 000 mm，进风和出风持续稳定，风量245 000 m3/h，电机功率仅为185 kW，冷却效率高、节能效果明显。结合YL82B线材的实际生产，采用轴流式风机后线材组织索氏体化率提高5%，网状渗碳体级别降低0.5级。

A new type fan used in high-speed wire air cooling line

Air cooling line is the key link of high-speed wire quality control.Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,insufficient cooling speed,and uneven cooling of traditional centrifugal fans,a new type fan—axial fan for high-speed wire was introduced.Its inlet diameter isφ2 000 mm,and the inlet and outlet air are continuous and stable,its air volume is 245 000 m3/h,the motor power is only 185 kW,the cooling efficiency is high,and the energy saving effect is obvious.Combined with the actual production of YL82B wire,the sorbite rate of the wire structure was increased by 5%,and the network cementite grade was reduced by 0.5 grade after the axial fan was used.
