摘    要:针对弹簧钢盘条加工过程中出现断裂的问题,对盘条组织性能进行了分析,发现盘条表面存在脱碳层和马氏体组织是盘条冷弯断裂的根本原因。通过对盘条化学成分及控轧控冷工艺的优化控制,亦即采用低的加热温度、低的开轧温度、低的吐丝温度以及先快后慢的控冷方式,消除了盘条表面的异常组织,解决了弹簧断裂问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of breakage of spring steel wire during processing ,the microstructure and performance of the wire coil were analyzed.The result shows that the presence of decarburization layer and martensite structure on the surface of the wire rod is the main cause of the cold bending fracture of the wire coil.The surface abnormal microstructure was eliminated by optimizing the chemical composition of the wire coil and the controlled rolling and cooling process,i.e.,using low heating temperature,low rolling temperature,low laying temperature and appling first fast and then slow cooling mode, the breakage problem of spring was resolved.
