优钢冷轧起皮机理研究

摘    要:针对优钢冷轧后表面起皮现象,通过对起皮样品的检测分析,发现起皮处有大量铁和还原铁,这是造成冷轧起皮的直接起因;通过一系列试验,确认了铸坯在加热炉内因相变形成了微裂纹,这是造成冷轧起皮的根本原因。基于现场工况条件与设备实际情况,优化了生产组织模式,根据钢种和用途优化了中包温度、连铸拉速和铸坯入炉温度,有效杜绝了铸坯微裂纹的出现,遏制了铸坯内部氧化,优钢冷轧表面起皮得到显著改善。

Abstract:Aiming at the peeling defect on the surface of special steel after cold rolling,through inspection and analysis of the peeling samples,a large amount of iron and reduced iron were found at the peeling point,which was the direct cause of peeling defect.Through a series of tests,it was confirmed that the there were micro cracks of slab due to phase deformation in the heating furnace,which is the root cause of peeling defect.Based on the field conditions and the actual conditions of the equipment,the production organization mode was optimized,the tundish temperature,casting speed and slab charging temperature were optimized according to the steel type and application,which effectively prevented the occurrence of micro cracks in the slab and internal oxidation. The peeling defect of cold rolled special steel was significantly improved.
