| Abstract: | The fire_extinguishing mechanism of a water spray extinguishing system, its composition, control and hydraulic calculation are expounded. Furthermore, the merits of a water spray extinguishing system, the existing problems including the phenomena of water sprinkle, the deficiency of maintaining management and the lack of design and construction experience, etc., are discussed. Lastly, the review of the water spray, especially the water mist technique is prospected. |
