胜科1井超高温水泥浆体系的设计与应用

摘    要:针对胜科1井井深、井底温度高,而且底部有盐水层的实际情况,合成了新型超高温缓凝剂、抗盐降失水剂,室内试验表明两者具有较好的抗高温耐盐性能及良好的配伍性能。针对水泥石出现的分层现象,通过添加热稳定剂提高了其热稳定性和抗压强度;通过超高温水泥浆体系试验,设计出了胜科1井尾管固井水泥浆,试验表明该水泥浆性能稳定,稠化时间可调,失水量、游离液、抗压强度等指标完全达到设计要求,并成功进行了胜科1井尾管固井作业。胜科1井的现场应用证明,该超高温水泥浆体系能满足超深井固井需要,可在胜利油田及其他地区的深井、超深井固井作业中推广应用。

Abstract:Considering the well depth,high bottom hole temperature,and the salt water bearing formation,a new ultra-temperature retarder and a salt-resistant fluid loss additive have developed.Lab tests show that both additives have better anti-high-temperature and anti-salt properties and better compatibility.Given stratification of hardened cement,the thermo-stability and compressive strength was increased by adding thermal stable reagents.Cement slurry fit for liner cementing in Well Shengke-1 was developed based on the experiments of cement slurry at ultra-temperatures.The experiments indicate that this slurry has better stability,adjustable thickening time,and qualified the fluid loss and compressive strength.The Liner cementing work was conducted successfully on Well Shengke-1.Field application shows that the cement slurry can meet requirements of cementing ultra-deep wells,and can be widely used in other deep and ultra-deep wells in other oilfields.
