某铜矿旋流-静态微泡浮选柱试验研究

摘    要:就某地微细粒含量高、易泥化的难选铜矿石,提出部分优先浮选新工艺,即原矿经破碎磨矿后采用高效、节能的微细粒分选设备旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行分选,直接得到部分最终合格精矿,解决了该铜矿中微细粒级浮选机回收能力差造成金属流失的问题。在最优参数条件下进行了连选试验。研究结果表明,采用该工艺流程可以优先得到铜品位21.46%,回收率30.04%的铜精矿。
