再生混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对三种不同配合比的再生混凝土进行强度试验,研究了再生粗骨料取代率分别为0、40%、70%、100%时,再生混凝土的抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度变化规律,提出了劈裂抗拉强度与抗压强度的关系式。研究结果表明,随着取代率的增大,混凝土抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度均呈下降趋势,但当取代率为70%时,强度反而有一定上升。

Abstract:By testing strength of three kinds of recycled concrete with different mix proportions,we studied the variation law of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled aggregate concrete while the replacement rates of recycled course aggregate are 0,40%,70% and 100%.The results indicate that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete decrease with the increase of replacement rate.However,when the replacement rate is 70%,the strength increase.
