| 摘 要： | 为确保电力公司销售利润率的相对恒定和降低其市场风险,提出基于用户分类的销售与上网电价联动模型。利用销售电价总水平和销售电价比价的概念,以及考虑用户电价弹性系数的循环迭代修正,求得分类用户销售电价。参照雅安电力公司电价情况进行实际测算,验证了电价联动模型的有效性和可行性,从而减少了电力公司因上网电价变动所带来的风险和利润损失。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the relatively constant sales benefits and reduce market risk of power company,the linkage model between sales price of classified users and tariff price is proposed.Based on the overall level of the sales price,sales price parity,and iterations of the loop correction considering the price elasticity on various types of users,the classified sales price is obtained.By reference to the calculating the real price in YAAN Power Company,the validity and the feasibility of the price linkage model is verified.So the risks and loss of profits of the power company for electricity price changes are reduced. |
