密炼机供电系统的谐波治理措施

摘    要:结合轮胎厂密炼机供电系统设计,分析了密炼机负荷的运行特点及谐波危害性。以实际工程为例,详细阐述了谐波电流的计算方法,探讨了密炼机供电系统设计中的谐波治理措施。分析表明,对大容量冲击性负荷采用有源电力滤波器能实时、有效地抑制谐波。

Abstract:Combining with the electric design of the power supply system for Mixer, the characteristic of Mixer load operation and the harm of harmonic are analyzed. Taking actual project as an example, the calculation method for harmonic was introduced in detail, the ways to suppress harmonic in the design of the power supply system for Mixer were given out. It was pointed out that using active power filter can restrain the harmonic instantaneously and efficiently.
