低速大转矩多极永磁电机齿槽转矩削弱的有效方式

摘    要:基于能量法和傅里叶分解的解析方法,推导了低速大转矩多极永磁电机齿槽转矩的解析表达式,基于所导出的表达式,研究了比较有效的抑制齿槽转矩的方法,应用有限元仿真分析方法知道,抑制该类电机齿槽转矩比较行之有效的的方法依次是,选择最优极弧系数、定子斜槽、极数和槽数的合理组合、采用分数槽绕组、设计不均匀气隙和磁性槽楔等。

Abstract:In this paper,parameter selection and strength check method of the cogging toque of the low speed high torque multi-pole PMSM is analyzed based on energy method and Fourier expansion.And weaken method of cogging torque is given according to this research.Analytical analysis is derived.Effective ways to weaken cogging torque are as follows:choosing optimal pole arc coefficient,using skew stator slot,rational combination of the pole number and slot number,using fractional slot winding,asymmetric airgap and magnetic slot wedge.
