防汛在线监测技术在变电站的应用

随着变电站综合自动化系统的广泛应用,集控站模式的推广,变电站逐步向数字化、智能化方向发展。目前变电站综合自动化系统实现对主网设备的五遥功能,可以完成对变电站一次设备的数据采集、运行维护与监控操作。而变电站防汛系统已经不能满足电网发展需求,本文分析研究了淮南地区已经成功投运的一种变电站防汛在线监测系统,该系统基于电力线载波实现,并且可以实现Web浏览。

The Application of On-line Monitoring System for Flood Control in Substation

With the wider use of integrated substation automation system and popularization of centralized control model, the substation develops Towards the digital and intelligent direction. Substation automation systems currently realizes the five remote function on the main network equipment, completing data acquisition, maintenance and monitoring and operation for the substation primary equipment. Traditional flood control system in substation can no longer meets grid development needs. This paper analyzes a substation on-line monitoring system for flood control which has been successfully put into operation in Huainan area, the system implementation based on power line carrier, and Web browsing can be achieved.
