| 摘 要： | 随着工程计价依据改革进程的进一步推进,传统的安装工程预算定额编制思路逐渐显示出一定的局限性,研究和探讨新形势下的安装工程预算定额编制与管理思路具有积极的现实意义。通过定额编制工作局限性分析,提出了以"加强行业沟通,正视地区差异,注重实地调研,实施动态管理,培养复合人才"的优化建议。

| Abstract: | With the reformation of project pricing basis,there are limitations in traditional budget quota compilation of installation engineering.It is significance to research and discuss the thoughts of budget quota compilation and management in installation engineering.According to the analysis of quota compilation limitation,the author proposes optimization advices such as strengthening industry communication,envisaging regional difference,paying attention to spot investigation,implementing dynamic management,and training compound talents. |
