CFRP加固钢筋混凝土受弯构件中美规范对比分析

摘    要:对比分析了我国规程CECS146:2003和美国ACI440F指南对外贴CFRP加固钢筋混凝土受弯构件在材料性能指标确定、计算公式体系上的不同.并通过参数分析,研究了不同配筋率条件下加固后截面分别按照中美规范计算所得的承载力增幅的变化规律.结果表明,在配筋、配布总量较小和较大时,我国规程CECSI46:2003的计算结果明显高于ACI440F指南,而当配筋、配布总量居中时,我国规程CECS146:2003由于引入材料分项系数,采用混凝土、钢筋的设计强度,致使计算所得的CFRP有效应变减小,并且折减的幅度与ACI440F的折减系数相当,因而计算结果也基本相同.

Abstract:Comparative analysis between CECS146∶2003 and ACI440F code details is conducted on RC structures strengthened with externally bonded CFRP sheet,in particular,their material property indices and equations for design.The increments of flexural capacity for sections with different reinforcement volume strengthened with the same amount of CFRP sheet are comparatively studied between the two codes through parameter analysis.It indicates that the CECS146∶2003 gives a higher result than that of the ACI440F when the total volume of steel reinforcement and CFRP is lower or extremely higher.However,very close results are got by the two codes when the total reinforcement is moderate because the effective strain of CFRP that calculated by CECS146∶2003 code at the ultimate state,is reduced near to that by ACI440F code due to the application of partial safety factors of the concrete and steel reinforcement.
