察汗乌苏水电站泄洪洞混凝土衬砌裂缝化学灌浆处理

摘    要:结合察汗乌苏水电站泄洪洞混凝土渗漏水情况,采用"内填外堵、多层设防、复合防水"多重措施相结合的修补方案。对于宽度超过0.1mm,深度大于5cm的裂缝,采用LW和HW型水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料进行充填处理。详细介绍了灌浆处理施工流程和施工工艺。经两次灌浆处理后,大部分裂缝治理效果明显。

Abstract:Multiple complicated reinforcement measures are adopted in concrete lining cracks treatment for spillway tunnel in Chahanwusu Hydropower Station including filling in cracks and blocking out of the cracks,multiple protecting and complicated waterproofing.The LW and HW chemical grouting materials of water soluble polyurethane are adopted to filling the cracks when they over 0.1mm in width and 5cm in depth.The construction process and technology are introduced.After twice grouting,evidence treatment effect is gained.
