| 摘 要： | 基于对建筑业科技创新特点的认识,针对建筑施工企业科技经费投入不足、人才结构不合理、科技资料收集不及时、科技档案管理不规范等现状,从解放人员思想、完善管理制度、抓好人才队伍建设及加强科技档案管理和强化科技成果管理等方面提出了一些建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of construction industry’s technology innovation and the problems of construction enterprise scientific and technological work including lacking funds,unreasonable talents construction,no scientific data collection in time,and unstandardized management of scientific and technological files,the suggestion and measures are proposed in scientific and technological work from emancipating the mind,perfecting management system,strengthening the talent building and management of scientific and technological files. |
