高海拔地区机械化组塔施工技术

摘    要:格尔木至拉萨±400kV直流联网输电路工程是西藏电网与西北电网唯一的联络通道,施工环境复杂恶劣,工作量大,工期紧,组塔安全作业难以保证。结合工程实际,通过施工方案优化,确定选用机械化组塔施工技术,介绍组塔的施工工艺及控制措施。结果表明,机械化组塔技术在高海拔地区的应用能确保工程质量和工期要求。

Abstract:Geermu to Lhasa ±400kV HVDC power transmission project is the only cross-passage to Tibet power grid and northwest power grid,and it has the characteristics of complex construction environment,heavy workload and tight schedule,the pylon erection safety is difficult to ensure.Combined with the construction conditions,the mechanization pylon erection technology is adopted by scheme selection,and the construction process and control treatments of pylon erection is introduced in detail.The results show that the application of mechanization pylon erection technology ensures the construction quality and construction time requirement.
