摘    要:海南国际会展中心屋盖结构形式为单层网壳、3层网架和梯形桁架组成的结构体系,整个屋面采用3种厚度钢板。屋面中间部分由相间排布的凹凸曲面组成,周边区域为不规则波浪形曲面。根据钢结构屋盖蒙皮钢板的曲面特点,利用空间造型软件Rhinoceros与AutoCAD,使两种软件无缝对接,从而高效、高精度地实现空间曲面的放样展开;并通过对蒙皮钢板的合理分块,使任意曲面简化为近似橄榄球曲面及近似斜圆锥台曲面,简化了曲面加工难度。

Abstract:The roof structure of Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center consists of a single layer shell,a three-layer grid and trapezoidal trusses.Steel sheets with three different thicknesses were used.The middle part of the roof took the shape of alternate concave and convex surfaces,and surrounding the middle part was irregular waving surfaces.According to the surface characteristics of the steel sheets,both spatial software of Rhinoceros and AutoCAD were used and perfect interaction was achieved between them to achieve an accurate and efficient lofting of expansion of the surfaces.Divisions were also made to approximate the irregular curved surfaces into a combination of rugby-styled surfaces and inclined circular cone surfaces,which simplified the construction process.
