| 摘 要： | 目前瓦屋面工程竣工后不久,天沟、泛水、雨水汇集处等部位便会出现渗漏水情况.结合某具体工程实例,分析瓦屋面防水渗漏主要原因,并提出防水渗漏具体控制措施与关键技术.从设计、材料、施工、过程管控等方面进行综合管理,杜绝任何防水质量隐患.

| Abstract: | Leakage happens at the gutter,flashing,rain gather of some project which is finished before long.Combining with the concrete projects,the main waterproof causes of tile roof are analyzed,and the control measures and key techniques of preventing leakage are put forward.The comprehensive management is applied at the design,materials,construction,process control to eliminate quality diseases for waterproof construction. |
