摘    要:成都新世纪环球中心东二区钢结构连廊工程,由于施工高度、跨度及构件质量较大,常规起重设备吊装非常困难,施工难度大,高空原位散拼及其他方法都不理想。通过多方案比选,采用了依次从屋面连廊桁架、16~18层钢框架、13~14层桁架在1层楼面拼装,液压同步整体提升的施工方案。此方法打破了常规从下至上的安装流程,实际的施工结果与方案的方法、验算吻合,效果显著。

Abstract:The steel sky-bridge of Chengdu New Century Global Center,because of long-span and heavy weight,is difficult for constructing with normal method,such as assembling in site at high altitude.Through comparison and selection of different plans,the technology of hydraulic synchronizing integral lifting is selected.The construction sequence is the truss of the sky-bridge firstly,and then the frame of 16~18 floors,and the truss of 13~14 floors which are assembled on first floor.This technology breaks the normal methods of construction in sequence from lower to upper.The finally construction result verifies this method actually.
