钢纤维混凝土桥面铺装技术

介绍了钢纤维混凝土的基本性能,确定了钢纤维混凝土配合比。结合某高速公路大桥工程实例,对其在桥梁桥面铺装施工中的具体问题进行探讨,指出钢纤维混凝土的分散工作、投料顺序、运输和浇筑过程中的注意事项及采取的有效措施。结果表明工程质量良好,营运期维修费较低,延长了使用寿命。

Pavement of Bridge Deck with Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Basic performance of the steel fiber reinforced concrete is introduced,then its mix proportion is determined.Combining with some highway bridge,the concrete questions in the pavement construction for bridge deck are discussed,then the attentions and effective measures of diffusion work,feeding sequence,transportation and pouring for steel fiber reinforced concrete are put forward.The result shows that the project quality is good,the maintenance cost during operation period is saved and the service life is prolonged.
