摘    要:详细介绍了危险性较大且超过一定规模、形状不规则的钢箱梁制作、焊接、现场拼装、安装施工技术。首先分析了工程特点和难点,然后重点讨论了施工工艺流程、施工方法、关键点控制,采用绘图软件AutoCAD进行了深化设计,数控编程自动下料,"工厂组拼+现场整体安装"的方法。从而确保了施工作业的安全和钢箱梁的安装质量,节约了钢材。

Abstract:The author introduces the steel box girder with high risk,certain scale and irregular shape in detail,including making,welding,on site consolidation and installation construction.Firstly,the author analyzes the engineering characteristics and difficulties.Then,the author emphasizes on construction technology,construction method and key-point control,detailed design by drawing software AutoCAD,automatic feeding by NC programming,the method of shop assembling +field overall installation.The technology ensures construction operation safety and installation quality of steel box girder,the steel is saved.
