国外两座黏土心墙堆石坝反滤料级配包络线的优化设计

摘    要:阿尔及利亚德拉迪斯(Draa diss)和玛乌阿娜(Mahouane)黏土心墙堆石坝反滤料设计粒径范围0.08~6.3mm,D100=2~6.3mm,D85=1.3~4.5mm,D15=0.12~0.5mm,含泥量(<0.08mm颗粒)≤5%。采用石灰岩经过粗、中、细破碎、冲洗、筛分生产工艺制得。依据美国工程师指南,对两大坝反滤料原设计级配包络线进行了优化设计,优化设计后,反滤料粒径范围为0.08~12.5mm,D100=3~12.5mm,D85=1.75~8mm,D15=0.13~0.63mm。使两个工程反滤料生产获得率分别由10.4m3/h和15m3/h提高到45m3/h和55m3/h,缓解了生产与填筑需求矛盾,降低了反滤料生产成本。

Abstract:The Algeria Draa diss dam and Mahouane dam are the earth-rock fill dams with clay core.The designed particle size range of filters are 0.08~6.3mm,D100=2~6.3mm,D85=1.3~4.5mm,D15=0.12~0.5mm and the mud content is smaller than 5%(<0.08mm of particle size).The filters are made of the limestone by passing through rough-middle-thin crushing,flushing and sieving process system.Based on American engineer guide Engineering and design earth and rock-fill dams-general design and construction considerations,the original design of filters gradation envelope curve was optimized.After that,the particle size range of filters are 0.08~12.5mm,D100=3~12.5mm,D85=1.75~8mm,D15=0.13~0.63mm.The obtain rates of filters of two projects are increased to 45m3/h and 55m3/h from10.4m3/h and 15m3/h separately.So contradiction between the production and the filling demand is reduced and the production cost of filters is reduced accordingly.
