东莞台商大厦弧形立面结构爬升式脚手架施工技术

摘    要:针对东莞台商大厦独特的弧形曲面结构,在对各楼层外轮廓曲线进行对比分析的基础上,采取国外技术成熟的爬升式脚手架,通过对原有导向架进行技术改造,设计为一种可调节式支架,使之适用于弧形立面结构,从而缩减超高层安全防护搭设时间,降低材料及安全防护搭设费用,有效地解决了弧形立面结构的外围安全防护问题。同时,对该架体结构进行受力分析及强度验算,结果表明,其均满足规范要求。

Abstract:Taiwan Business Association Tower in Dongguan has special arc surface.Based on the comparison and analysis of outer curves for every floor,the developed climbing scaffold is adopted,whose original guide frame is transformed to make it adjustment to be suitable to arc surface structures.This scaffold can reduce setting time,save material and prevention cost,and solve outer protection problem effectively.Meanwhile,stress analysis and strength checking is done for this structure to make it meet codes requirements.
